AUD Group (Australian Urban Direct Build) is launching ten residential developments between 1 June and 30 July 2026 — across Sydney's North Shore, Upper North Shore, Hunters Hill and the Sutherland Shire. We invite quality subcontractors across every trade to join our approved-supplier network and share in the pipeline.
This is AUD Group's largest concurrent construction deployment on Australian soil. Ten residential developments breaking ground together between 1 June and 30 July 2026 — across Sydney's North Shore, Upper North Shore, Hunters Hill and the Sutherland Shire — marking a new chapter in the group's local operations.
Across product types, the ten projects span knock-down rebuilds, land subdivision, bespoke premium homes and urban renewal — reflecting AUD's integrated capability in land assessment, design and construction management, and a sustained, large-scale demand for trade partners.
Ten sites launching together is not just a milestone in scale — it is a statement of confidence in our commitment to the Australian residential market. From the heritage of Hunters Hill to the new frontier of Caringbah, from the North Shore core to the premium Upper North Shore, we now have the capability to manage across regions, across product lines, in parallel.
A showcase of residential design and delivery by Apex Ultimate Design Studio, AUD Group's design arm. From façade to landscape, structure to fit-out — this is our standard for every project and every trade.

From foundation to fit-out, ten parallel projects need reliable trade partners across the full chain. Whether you're a specialist crew in a single trade or an integrated construction team, we welcome long-term partnership.
Specialist trades not listed are equally welcome — if you're committed to quality and reliability, we want to talk.
We're not looking for one-off jobs, but for partners to build alongside, long term. The ten sites are only the beginning.
