Design is billed by stage at a fixed fee, construction on an open-book basis with a capped management margin. You see every line we see.
The brief is calibrated to your budget from day one. We'd rather scope a smaller project well than promise a larger one we can't deliver.
Yes. Schematic-stage 3D and a walkthrough render are standard. We can also produce VR walkthroughs for larger projects on request.
