China project scale and supplier review

Reviewed completion-filing documents for parts of two Chinese residential developments cover 106,004.11 m² (about 106,000 m²). This is substantial project-demand scale that can support coordinated supplier sourcing; it is floor area, not measured purchasing volume, and the filing documents do not identify which supplier packages were used.

In May 2024, procurement staff in a related China operating entity recorded two bathroom fittings and sanitaryware award reviews. The approval records compare six and seven supplier quotations respectively, state sample quality and payment conditions, and require factory inspection before dispatch. They show how supplier selection and quality gates were reviewed across the China operation.

Evidence boundary: These are internal approved award decisions, not evidence of a signed supply contract, completed payment, arrival in Australia or a lower final cost for a Sydney AUD Build home. The project name in the form differs from the project named in its approval comments, so we do not attribute these reviews to a specific development.
