AUD Group is a coordination brand. Contracts and regulated services are provided by the relevant operating company. AUD Build, AUD Lend, AUD Fund, Apex Ultimate Design Studio and Real Estate AU have distinct scopes and responsibilities. A link between businesses does not by itself create a contract, agency relationship or guarantee.
