One group, connected responsibilities

China operations

Guangzhou Guotie Investment Group (广州国铁投资集团) is AUD's China operating company. Guangdong Yunji (广东云极供应链管理有限公司) is its China procurement and trading company.

Manufacturing and warehousing

The AUD China–Australia Cross-Border Industrial Park is used to organise factory manufacturing and warehousing. AUD's chairman confirmed that RMB 500 million had already been invested as of 21 October 2026.

Australian materials

NATURALWELL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is an AUD Group materials business. It is named in the reviewed Australian import workflow.

Online material selection

AUD Materials, also presented as AUD Build Materials, is AUD's one-stop builder procurement platform at audbuild.net. It connects online material selection with the group's China procurement and Australian project capabilities. Its live catalogue and China factory-direct channel were accessed on 21 October 2026.

Entity relationships and the park investment are company-confirmed information. Internal procurement and import documents provide examples of the operating roles; they are not independent verification of the investment amount.

Specific material choices within shared purchasing

A coordinated October 2026 wall-panel purchase recorded individual selections for four Australian homes. The dimensions below describe the procurement schedule; they are not installed-area measurements.

Grey bathroom wall panels

Two project selections: 900 × 1800 mm format, 12 mm thickness and a soft finish.

White patterned bathroom panels

One project selection: 900 × 1800 mm format, 9 mm thickness and a matt finish.

Soft white bathroom panels

One project selection: 750 × 1500 mm format, 10 mm thickness and a soft finish.

Lighting and measured entry doors

A lighting contract covers the same four-project programme. A separate entry-door workflow records project measurements and batch production requirements for two homes.

Source basis: October 2026 material schedule and contract approval records, including the wall-panel quotation dated 17 October and entry-door cost review dated 21 October. Material use across the four projects was confirmed by AUD's chairman.

Examples from the procurement and logistics workflow

  1. Project schedules specify material format, thickness, finish and intended room. Combining orders retains each home's individual choices.

  2. The wall-panel contract received the chairman's approval. A lighting contract is shown as approved. A separate entry-door production payment request remained in processing when reviewed. These records demonstrate purchasing coordination; a payment request is not a payment receipt.

  3. An October tile-handling record describes changing from a smaller to a larger container and arranging manual loading assistance. This is a separate handling example, not the loading record for the window installation described below.

  4. An approved freight-forwarding cooperation record sets out the export service relationship. August project correspondence identifies a Guangdong window manufacturer's delivery to Nansha Port and AUD's responsibility for onward freight for two homes.

  5. A July–August mixed-material import workflow names NATURALWELL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and describes aluminium windows and doors, lighting components and GRC moulds on a Nansha-to-Sydney shipment. It records the vessel, container, bills of lading and Australian import-tax and processing categories. The identifying references and amounts are retained privately.

  6. AUD confirms that China-sourced materials have been used across the four featured homes, and that the Guangdong-manufactured window and door package is installed at the Clontarf home. This describes the window and door package, not completion of the entire house.

These are separate, real examples of AUD's supply-chain work. The mixed-material shipment has not been linked to the Clontarf window order in this public summary. The import payment request was still in its approval workflow when read; it does not establish payment, customs release or site receipt. Installation completion is a company-confirmed project result.

Published references were cross-checked against AUD Build company facts, AUD Lend's entity and licence disclosures and AUD Fund's disclosure. The architect reference is an individual's registration, not a company licence; the architect and appointment are identified in the design engagement. What this means for quality and value

AUD combines factory procurement, defined material selections and organised supply to help customers choose quality building materials with strong value. A meaningful comparison considers the same specification and quantity, plus freight, import costs, handling, installation and warranty scope.

This page publishes no supplier prices, payment amounts, commercial terms, private approval identifiers, bank details or original approval attachments. It makes no blanket savings-percentage claim. The RMB 500 million park investment is a separately authorised company statement.
