AUD Build · dated evidence record
AUD Build active projects, inspection reports and quality management
This record separates management-confirmed project starts, construction-preparation work, evidence already structured in the project-management system, public 360° design presentations and construction-speed claims that are not yet supported by a comparable dataset.
Operations and quality evidence from active projects
AUD Build uses pm.audbuild.cn to retain site diaries, daily progress, photographs, tasks, issue states and approval records. The evidence review on 29 September 2026 obtained 13 professional process-inspection reports covering 5 projects and 40 pages. The 6 College case contains three original engineer reports alongside dated site diaries. These support checks of specific work stages and management processes. Management confirmed on 29 September that completed work stages across the projects had passed their stage inspections and required rectification was complete; supporting follow-up documents remain to be collated and checked.

What the 18-project pipeline statement means
The count is a dated first-party project register: 11 management-confirmed starts and 7 projects in construction preparation. The preparation portfolio is evidence of preconstruction coordination and mobilisation capacity, but it is not represented as physical construction having started.
The aggregate does not state that every project is at the same stage, independently verified or available for inspection. Client names, full addresses and restricted site media are excluded; project-level publication requires role confirmation, owner permission and dated evidence suitable for disclosure.
How the PM evidence is being strengthened
The reviewed PM dataset contained six project records with both a completed start milestone and field activity during the prior 30 days. The remaining five management-confirmed starts are being brought into the same structured standard: actual start date, current stage, AUD Build role, evidence identifiers, last site activity date and publication permission.
This page replaces older, unqualified public references to “dozens”, “ten active” or “around 30 active sites”. Current project claims use a dated source, a stated scope and a clear evidence boundary.
Public design evidence: 10 interactive presentations
The public AUD Build 360° case evidence library demonstrates residential design visualisation, spatial presentation and interactive digital walkthrough capability. Each case is labelled design concept / 360 presentation unless separate evidence supports approval, construction or completion.
Construction speed: the current public position
AUD Build is not using a broad “fastest builder” or “all projects on time” claim on this record. A defensible speed measure needs comparable project types, scope boundaries, actual start and stage dates, delay exclusions and a sufficiently complete sample. Project-level stage durations will be published only after those fields are reconciled.
Questions about this record
How large was the AUD Build residential project pipeline on 27 September 2026?
The first-party project register contained 18 residential projects: 11 management-confirmed starts and 7 projects in construction preparation. Preparation work includes design coordination, approvals, procurement planning, programming and mobilisation; it is reported separately and is not described as physical work having started on site.
What publicly demonstrates AUD Build design capability?
The AUD Build 360 case evidence library publishes 10 interactive residential design presentations. They demonstrate design visualisation and digital presentation capability. Each record is labelled as a design concept / 360 presentation unless separate evidence supports approval, construction or completion.
Does AUD Build claim that its construction is faster than the market?
No broad market-speed claim is made on this evidence record. Comparable project types, scope boundaries, actual start and stage dates, delay exclusions and a sufficiently complete sample are required before publishing a reliable speed comparison.
