Project counts: dates and reporting scope

The current evidence set dated 2026-09-30 covers ten projects in construction, each matched to a project register, recent PM site activity and one original-photo sample. The historical 2026-09-27 pipeline comprised eighteen projects: eleven management-confirmed starts and seven in preparation. At that time, six starts had both a normalised PM start milestone and recent field activity checked.

These sets differ in date and verification scope. A project-by-project reconciliation between the historical eleven starts and the current ten has not been completed; no completion, removal or reduction is inferred. Current construction descriptions use the ten supported projects as at 30 September; eighteen / eleven / seven is retained only as a historical snapshot.

Ten projects in construction, coordinated through shared systems

As at 30 September 2026, management confirms ten projects in construction within the AUD operating framework. Each project was matched to its DingTalk register entry, recent PM site progress and a sample original photograph. Records cover demolition, basement work, brickwork, exterior work and site coordination.

Design, procurement, schedules and site records are linked by project. Site activity, professional inspection reports and management-confirmed stage acceptance retain their individual sources.

Operations and quality evidence from active projects

AUD Build uses pm.audbuild.cn to retain site diaries, daily progress, photographs, tasks, issue states and approval records. The evidence review on 29 September 2026 obtained 13 professional process-inspection reports covering 5 projects and 40 pages. The 6 College case contains three original engineer reports alongside dated site diaries. These support checks of specific work stages and management processes. Management confirmed on 29 September that completed work stages across the projects had passed their stage inspections and required rectification was complete; supporting follow-up documents remain to be collated and checked.

Aggregate figures are re-confirmed against the first-party project register before each update, the review date is changed, and the page is resubmitted to search engines (IndexNow) on update. Figures are never carried forward without re-confirmation.
