As at 30 September 2026, management confirms ten projects in construction within the AUD operating framework. The review matched each project to its register entry, recent site progress and one sample original photograph.
Project register entries, site progress, photographs, design checks and procurement records use the shared PM and DingTalk environment. Project and responsibility references link the activities across the systems. Contracting and licensed responsibilities are identified for each project.
They document particular site activities associated with dated project records. Work descriptions come from internal site reporting; photographs were reviewed separately. They do not by themselves establish professional acceptance or completion of the whole home.
A preserved 6 College services agreement scan specifies written changes, monthly cost-supported payment applications and 5% retention. The 306 Pittwater procurement comparison lists six supplier options and payment-term notes. These records establish documented requirements and review activity; actual compliance and final costs require matching executed records.
The separately reviewed batch contains 13 professional reports across five of these project addresses. Their findings retain the stated stage and component scope. Management confirmed completed-stage acceptance and rectification on 29 September 2026; whole-home completion is not claimed.
As at 30 September 2026, the DingTalk organisation connected to production PM has seven departments covering management, finance, administration, procurement and cost control, projects, design and marketing. Its live directory has 39 distinct member accounts. Management confirms these correspond to 39 employees of different companies within the AUD operating framework. PM holds 33 project-member assignment records across all ten projects in construction, involving 17 distinct PM user IDs. These records document functional coordination and project responsibilities. The individual employers have not been independently checked against employment or payroll records; the 39 should not be attributed to the Australian construction entity alone.
Management states that AUD’s Chinese company, 广州国铁投资集团有限公司, verified the shared DingTalk organisation because Australian-company verification was unavailable for its setup. The organisation’s Corp ID was independently matched to production PM configuration. This system link does not by itself establish corporate ownership or Australian payroll headcount.
The Australian supplier table contains 60 rows: 59 have a name and those contain 58 distinct name strings. The trade tender table holds 174 task rows, with an award date entered on 86. They show how supplier categories and project trade tasks are organised. Only one supplier row has a recent-cooperation date and one has a performance score; usual and dispatchable crew-size fields are empty. The list cannot establish how many subcontractors are engaged, qualified or ready to deploy.
Stronger project-specific examples include the six-supplier demolition comparison for 306 Pittwater, the written-change and payment-process terms for 6 College, and dated site records. Employment, signed engagements, licence scope and construction outcomes are checked against their own originals. Review the ten-project record.

The complete AUD DingTalk export reviewed on 30 September 2026 contained 34 tables and 11,476 raw rows in its main data library. A narrower, named set of four construction-management tables totalled 2,527 raw rows: construction programme and labour/materials 400; IFC drawing checks 1,786; domestic-material procurement 167; trade tenders 174. Their saved export files matched the source SHA-256 receipts, and all pages reported complete with no further results.
These are table rows, not 2,527 separate site visits, professional inspections, completed tasks or homes. Some rows are templates, explanatory lines or unfinished work; the IFC and product-check tables have their own status fields. PM site diaries, original photographs, professional reports and management-confirmed stage acceptance remain distinct evidence types. The 18-project pipeline was a 27 September snapshot; the ten projects on this page were in construction as at 30 September.

Sources: first-party summaries authored by AUD Build; production PM records, DingTalk project entries and original photograph samples checked on 30 September 2026. Site voice transcripts may contain recognition errors and are not used to calculate completion rates. Photo dates and project associations come from system records rather than independent capture-time or location certification. Professional reports and stage-acceptance statements retain their own sources. Full contracts, internal amounts, personal details and private business datasets are not published here.
The 27 September pipeline statement of 18 projects, 11 confirmed starts and seven in preparation retains its historical date. This page records the management-confirmed in-construction count of ten on 30 September.
