AUD Build is a Sydney home builder that brings design, construction, building materials, new-home sales and lending together in one company, backed by AUD Build Group. Design decides how a home is built and what it costs, so structure, construction method, materials and budget are settled during design.
Materials come from AUD Build’s own supply chain platform, www.audbuild.net, with 3,600+ China factory-direct lines and close to 4,000 lines in Australian stock, and trade teams come from the platform’s subcontractor network. AUD Build clients can log in to check the material unit prices in their quote. The group’s AUD CN-AU Building Industrial Park in Conghua, Guangzhou is a building supply-chain, manufacturing and cross-border coordination platform; the group’s chairman confirmed RMB 500 million invested as of 21 October 2026 (company-confirmed, not independently verified).
AUD Build Group building companies have completed 21 homes since September 2024, 12 of them on the Upper North Shore, and have 10+ homes in construction across Sydney.
