How AUD Build’s integrated operating model works
AUD Build is a licensed Sydney custom home builder within AUD Group, an integrated building and property development group. Design, estimating, building materials and construction are coordinated across the group’s businesses, so a home can move from drawings to handover with fewer hand-offs between separate companies. Every AUD Group business is built around the AUD Build brand and strengthens its core capabilities.

Each business contracts through its own legal entity and licences. Your building contract is with Australian Urban Direct iBuying Pty Ltd, trading as AUD Build (licence 475778C). Design, sales, lending and fund services are agreed separately with the relevant business.
How a home moves through the model
1. Design and approvals
AUD Design develops the architectural and interior design, or AUD Build works from your own architect’s drawings, and the approval pathway is planned.
2. Estimating and cost planning
The design is priced while it is still being refined, so buildability, structure and scope are agreed before the quote is fixed.
3. Materials selection and procurement
Finishes, fixtures and fittings are selected with AUD Build Materials, using factory-direct lines and Australian stock, with lead times planned into the programme.
4. Construction and site management
AUD Build manages the site, trades, inspections and programme through one project-management system.
5. Handover
Practical completion, keys and the owner’s handover documentation are delivered together.
